It all started.

Twenty seven years ago I was encouraged to teach Tai Chi and Qigong, drawing upon my teaching skills as a hairdressing educator at Toni & Guy

I am now a 5th Duan Master Instructor.

My experiences and achievements in this field are

  • Co- Founder of The Three Treasures Tai Chi Forest Festival 2010-20

  • Technical adviser for the Qigong Teachers Association

  • Honourary president of the Tai Chi union of GB 2013/20

  • Tutor at the Tai Chi British Caledonia 2011/12

  • Course Instructor for International Students course Malaysia 2009

  • Course Instructor for International ZD Instructors course Malaysia 2010

  • Course Instructor Malaysia 2014

I have competed in UK and European Tai Chi competitions at the highest levels, achieving many medals, in Form, Weapons, Push Hands and Qigong exhibition. Many of my students have competed and achieved medals in all disciplines.

Due to my enthusiasm for the health and well-being of others I have designed specific courses for :-

Hounslow Borough Early years physical literacy programme for early years teachers.

Primary schools PE curriculum Tai Chi

Personal training for individuals with early on set of Parkinson's 

Dementia programme for The Woodville Centre, Richmond, Surrey.
