When we use our strengths, research tells us we are happier, engaged and more likely to achieve our goals.  Knowing your strengths will help you to focus on the tasks you do well and enjoy.

This doesn't just benefit you, but also the people, teams and organisations you work with.  When each person knows their strengths and makes use of them, team relationships are stronger and people produce better work.

To be your best self and understand your strengths, use the strengths profile. This collated information will highlight your strengths and how you can use them for your well being.  Also your own self exploration of how and where you use your strengths.  How you use strengths support your performance within all areas of your life.  Your 'learned behaviours strengths', these are ones that you perform well but can de-energise you when over used.  You will find out about your 'unrealised strengths',which  may be used infrequently but you perform them well and they are energising, exciting to use and find.

Understanding weaknesses that de-energises you and learn how to recognise them and use them less frequently.

So learning about your strengths and their uses is a start on your path of  well-being.  How your strengths can support you mentally when you need them to.

As a strengths practitioner your 18 page  strengths profile  report will give you a better understanding on what your strengths are and how you can use them to improve performance, energy and use.
