Tiger stance is the foundation of teaching Tai chi to children and i have had the pleasure of sharing this with with 100’s of primary students over the past five years.

The stance work will be important for the Tai chi form/routine.

It is the bed rock of play, partner play along with in class and in school competitions and potential national competitions.
